Her career spans auditing in Big Four, mid-tier, and public practices, as well as business advisory and management roles across multiple organisations. Her breadth of experience equips Gillian to advise on complex business environments and high-level financial strategy.

Throughout her career, Gillian has played a key role in streamlining finance functions for SMEs and large family groups, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting sustainable growth. Drawing on her extensive experience, Gillian works closely with business owners to manage day-to-day operations, guide strategic decision-making, and deliver tailored solutions.

Beginning her career in sailing, Gillian thrives in high pressure environments and now brings the same precision to her career in business. Gillian is passionate about building strong relationships and creating win-win outcomes for her clients.

Danielle is a Chartered Accountant with more than a decade of experience in mid-tier and leading accounting and public practice firms. Recognised for her expertise in business advisory and tax, she combines technical excellence with a practical understanding of the small-to-medium enterprise landscape.

Over her career, Danielle has worked with clients across a diverse range of industries — from property investment, development and construction, to professional services, medical, elite sportspersons, marketing and media, and SAAS. Her experience also extends to maufatcuring, agriculture, transport, hospitality and tourism, and finance. This breadth of knowledge enables her to provide clear, practical, and tailored advice that addresses the unique challenges and opportunities of each sector.

Danielle works closely with clients to guide their financial decisions and implement effective structures that help them build wealth and grow their businesses.

Hilary is a seasoned professional with tertiary qualifications in Business and Frontline Management. She brings strong skills in team leadership and systems implementation, specialising in designing and optimising processes to meet diverse organisational needs.

Her experience across public practice, insurance, and national and international businesses has equipped her to adeptly navigate the complexities of operating in a global environment. Hilary has led special projects focused on digitalising manual processes, software integrations, key personnel transitions and training, identifying strategic performance metrics, and driving operational improvements.

Hilary works closely with clients to provide internal accounting and reporting, cash flow oversight and forecasting, as well as guidance on regulatory compliance and bookkeeping. A results-driven leader, she delivers efficient business procedures and practical solutions that support growth.
